2008 NCLR National Issue Briefing and Advocacy Day
Take part in the NCLR National Issue Briefing and Advocacy Day March 5-6, 2008 NCLR’s National Issue Briefing and Advocacy Day is a two-day event that provides policy briefings on current issues affecting the Latino community. Event participants make visits with members of Congress and have the chance to network with other professionals that are making an impact at both the state and local level. This year’s event comes at an influential time, as the power of the Latino electorate gains national attention. This event is an opportunity for you to work with other Latino community organizations to hold your elected officials accountable for, and responsive to, the needs of the Hispanic community in the United States, and of all Americans.
